GROW. We all love growth. Well, most of the time.

We love it when our bank account GROWS.

We love it when our influence GROWS.

We love it when our muscles GROW.

The list could go on and on.

Maybe the one area we don’t like GROWTH is when it comes to our waist size!

There’s a book I love to recommend to people about continual growth. If you’re interested leave me a comment and I will share it with you.

Continual growth in life is KEY. I just added a new page to my website. It’s the “About Me” page. You can find it HERE.

I’ve played around with this page in the past. I’ve deleted it and then added it back. I share a lot of information about myself on my home page. However, I’ve added some additional details about myself on the “About Me” page.

I want to keep growing. I want to keep influencing (for good). I was recently thinking about some of the things I have done to have continual growth both professionally and personally. I still have plenty of room to GROW. I’m thankful I’m making progress. I’ve been blessed to preach the Bible for almost a decade now. I’ve been blessed to travel around the world to do it (I still gotta get to Australia!). Yet, I want to continue to grow.

I’ve also have had some opportunities to do some motivational speaking when it comes to fitness. I’ve taken some courses as well to increase my fitness knowledge and how to teach others. Why? Because life is about growth. And also, because I’m ready to do some coaching. No matter how much money you may or may not have, there’s always ways to GROW.

  1. Reading blogs is a great place to begin. I’ve learned a lot reading so many different blogs.
  2. Watching YouTube. While you may need to verify some things, there’s so much free information that’s always available.
  3. Exercising outside is FREE. I went to a birthday party last week. My son wanted to go. The party was a park. I was shocked to see that they have a free outdoor gym at the park. WHAT! No EXCUSES!
  4. Getting books at the Library is another way to grow.
  5. Listening to sermons online is a way to grow spiritually. But always double check what’s said in the Bible.

Continual Growth is KEY.

Keep learning.

Keep pushing.

Keep moving forward.

GROW!
