How are your systems?

I’m enjoying the book club I’m as we go through John C. Maxwell’s book “The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth.”

We have finished chapter 7, which is the Law of Design. A couple of thoughts that stood out to me.

1. “Life is very simple but keeping it that way is very difficult.”

2. “Designing your life is more important than designing your career.”

I love this chapter as John speaks a lot about systems.

To develop strategies, depend on systems. Systems should be deliberate, intentional, and practical. They should improve your performance.

John C. Maxwell

I currently have a number of systems in place in my life. But I’m reviewing them and seeing where I can improve.

One last thought.

Systems permit ordinary people to achieve extraordinary results predictably.
