Three Thoughts From Me

  1. Keep it simple. Keep it simple when it comes to your workouts. Keep it simple when it comes to your routines. Great things will happen!
  2. Do and Finish things when they come up. It will make your life easier.
  3. Get a good night sleep. In college, I stayed up late cramming for tests. That never worked. Go to bed and wake up early if you need to. It will make everything better.
