WOOHOO!

I’ve been focusing on tracking my WINS on a daily basis. I want encourage you to do the same. You will be surprised how it will make you feel and the growth and progress you’re really making.

Back in 2016 when I was working out with Bill Phillips, best selling author of Body for Life, in his journal there was a prompt to track your wins each day. Over a 90-day period, it was so encouraging to see how far I had come!

Now, I use my Full Focus Planner by Michael Hyatt to write out my potential wins for the day and actual wins. I have my son doing the same now in his planner. At the end of the day my family and I come together to discuss our wins. It’s been great.

I also have a friend I talk to on a monthly basis where we can share our wins. That’s been really refreshing and encouraging.

Focus on your wins! This will help you to stay out of the “GAP” as Benjamin Hardy and Dan Sullivan talk about in their book, “The Gap and the Gain.”
