At the beginning of the Day one of my practices is to say to myself “Do it now.”

I will say this repeatedly as I walk around the house over and over!

Try to do it 50 times in the morning and you will be surprised what you get done.

However, earlier this evening as I delayed recording Day 14 of My Ultraspeaking Project, my son reminded me by saying, “It’s not Do It Later, It’s Do It Now!”

Okay!!! I got the message loud and clear.

Thanks son.

Sometimes we all need a little push and encouragement from others.
