The first few weeks after a time change are often challenging. But they don’t have to be!

What makes them even more difficult? Complaining about something we don’t have any control over. Sure, it may make us feel better for a few minutes or be a way to start small chat.

But it’s more exhausting than the time change itself!

A better alternative?

  1. Make a Gratitude List.
  2. Pray and Give Thanks.
  3. Get After it and Get your workout in.
  4. Give more to others. That’s a great way to reduce the complaining.

There’s always something to complain about in our lives.

But there are infinitely more blessings for us to give thanks for in our lives.

It all depends on where we put our focus!
