How much weight have you gained since the beginning of the year? 

Wait…what? You mean how much weight have I lost right? Nope! While there are a lot of people who are trying to lose weight  there are also people who have been gaining weight. They just kept on going from last year! In their mind they are still celebrating Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year…

That’s bad. Is that you? 

Hopefully, you have been getting healthier, stronger, younger, and faster. 

We focus a lot on the scale. But the scale can be so deceiving. Some people weigh multiple times a day. Why? Great question. Don’t be that person. It will not do you any good. 

Focus on how your clothes feel. 

Focus on doing what you told yourself you would do. 

Focus on moving for the day! Do something. 

Focus Friday. Go workout today. Workout tomorrow. Start the week off right on Sunday and get a workout in (before or after you attend worship services). 

You don’t have to eat over the weekend like the world is about to end. 

Sundays were always a big day growing up. Worship services and then…well then… it’s time to CHOW DOWN!!!

The fruit of the Spirit is self-control…but not on Sundays. While we didn’t say that verbally, that’s how we acted with food! 

Enjoy food! Eat and eat a lot! The problem is most have this concept of eating a lot EVERYDAY! We gotta have better control. 

For 7 months following Bill Phillips program I have a free day or a couple free meals a week. I will eat whatever I want. 

None of this no carb, low carb, stuff. I eat carbs 6 times a day along with protein. I’m still losing weight and haven’t had any rebound effect, that often come when people start going extreme. 

Simple and effective. Focus Friday! Focus on your goals! Get after it! Encourage someone to do the same. Go get it!
