via Exercise can help you to cope with withdrawal symptoms from an addiction — Exercise and Health
Good afternoon, exercise was helping for my mental health for a while, but those days i dont feel like i’m able to get up on my feet, i feel mentally down any suggestion?
Hello my friend. Good job with the exercise. Maybe one way is to turn it into a game. Maybe just a 5 minute challenge of moving. Or something that gets you moving like getting a cup of coffee at the coffee shop. Or maybe create a cookie jar (this idea came from david goggins book). No literal cookies, but rather filled with notes of things you’ve overcome in the past. When challenges come, you can dip in that cookie jar and remind yourself of how strong you are.
You know, there are those days, when you feel so down, but you know what? Okay i will make this jar and i will let you know how it worked, i got a coffee already, now have to drink it somehow even if i’m not thirsty or hungry😊
Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable. That takes great strength. Yes, will wait to hear how that goes. Excellent.
