Prayer!
It’s a part of Christianity. It’s supposed to be a part of the lives of God’s people.
Our Father in heaven is where our source of strength and power reside.
It’s so awesome God wants to hear from someone like me and you. But He does.
This is why Jesus taught us to be persistent in our prayers, Luke 18:1-2. We are to be fervent in our prayers. Why? Because God is waiting.
Recently in my life I saw a prayer being answered after 8 years. It’s something I’ve been praying about for a long time along with others.
I confess, there were plenty of times where I had doubts. But God has proved to be faithful as He always is.
Don’t forget that point. God is ALWAYS FAITHFUL. You can take that to the bank. Recite that point throughout the day.
I need to go back and review my prayer journals and reflect on the fact that God has truly heard my prayers. Thank you Father in heaven. You are SO GOOD. Not just some of the time, but all the time.
Approach God’s throne of Grace with great confidence today. Trust in Him. Time is not factor for God. Therefore, we must be patient and wait on Him.
He will always provide and do what is according to His will.
TRUST HIM.
I agree with all you have written. I would add one salient point. It is us sometimes that need to act… before his plan can be fulfilled!
Blessing’s!
Benjamin I am glad your prayer was answered. All in God’s time!
That’s really awesome that your prayer was answered! 🙏🏻♥️ I’m actually agnostic but was raised as a Christian. However, I don’t feel connected to religion in a strong way but I’m very spiritual. I do wear a cross though, and my husband is very religious.
I like to call these prayers “the Law of Attraction.” If we truly believe in something, and believe that it will come true, then eventually, it probably will if we align ourselves with this belief and positivity. I also like to call these sacred prayers that do come true, “miracles.”✨
We had a friend come to Christ last year after praying for her for more than 20 years. Yes, it is difficult to trust God, to not doubt.
Praise God for that!
