Hello my friends!

Are you still full from Thanksgiving? I’m feeling pretty good! We had a great time with friends and family this past weekend! It was EPIC.

We do the same thing every year. We buy way too much food! But I have to say, it was great waking up Friday morning before everyone else eating some PIE and watching Disney Plus!

Nope! That’s not a typo. It was fantastic. But the fridge has been cleared out. I still have some Blue Bell Ice Cream that will have to go. There can’t be any temptations in the house. I will find them and consume them!

But, enough about Thanksgiving. I wanted to update you on a couple of things regarding my blog and podcast. I’ve had some clarity and I’m feeling pretty good about a couple of things.

Moving forward, I’m going to be posting a new blog each Monday. I will also be posting a new Podcast each Monday as well. I’m really going to be working on content even more as I seek to provide you with great stuff to motivate you and to help you have an I CAN DO mindset!

This feels good to me as well. I’ve gone back and forth for a long time figuring out how often to blog. I have a book idea I’m beginning to pursue, so I will be typing each day.

So, once a week will be good. There have been times I have blogged numerous times a day or throughout the week. I have a tendency of doing that. But now, I think less will be more.
