There’s someone right now who would love to be in your shoes.

There is someone who would love to be able to put on those workout clothes, sit in traffic, endure the cold weather, and wake up early to go to the gym to workout.

They would love to feel sweaty. They would love to feel their bodies getting stronger. They would love to stand upright and flex in the mirror. They would love to experience the feeling of running, of doing push ups, or gripping weights.

Don’t take for granted what you can do. There are many who would love to have weights in their house! Take nothing for granted.

Get Up.

Fight.

Work.

Sweat.

Rejoice.
