You Have Permission to be more Courageous.
If courage feels out of reach for you, take heart—you don’t need to be perfect to be brave.
Peter denied Jesus three times. He failed in his courage—but Jesus still used him mightily.
God didn’t wait for Joshua to be flawless before calling him to lead. He simply said: “Be strong and courageous.”
Jesus came to Earth. He said “No” to temptation. He said “Yes” to the cross. That’s courage. And if He abides in us and we abide in Him, that courage can live in us too.
So let me ask you:
Where do you need more courage today?
- In your family?
- In your faith?
- In your inner battles?
Courage is not optional for the Christian—it’s essential. Not because we’re always bold, but because our King was.
And here’s the best part:
You don’t need permission from anyone else to be courageous and do the next right thing. God is ready to give you courage.
Are you ready to take the next step?
