Everyone Has a Role to Play
There’s a phrase I’ve always appreciated: ‘Here, everybody is somebody in the body of Christ.’
Romans 12:3–10 and 1 Corinthians 12 remind us—we all matter. We’ve each been gifted. The question is: are we using those gifts?
Some teach. Some lead. Some encourage. Some serve behind the scenes. But all are needed. The early church thrived because every member moved with intentionality (Acts 6:1–6).
Maybe it’s time to turn a personal goal into a Kingdom one. Clean the building. Host a study. Serve the widows. Lead a class. Train to be a deacon or elder. No sideline Christianity here. Everyone’s in the game.
