Earlier this year I made a calendar of important dates. 

As these dates get closer I’m pretending like I will be taking pictures that particular day! There may times that I will (birthdays or holidays). 

This helps me to stay focused with my eating and exercise regimen. 

Make a list of dates…

Holidays…

Anniversaries…

Vacations…

You get the idea! 

Then you will have built in incentive to stay focused throughout the year. Doing this exercise will help you to prevent a let down!
