I had plans. But plans don’t always work the way you want them to.
By the time I was wrapping up my Monday, I had to make a decision. All of my workout gear was at the house. I knew if I went home, there was a really slim chance of me driving back to the gym (which I would pass driving home).
What should I do? I took Sunday off and the normal routine is to get back at it the next day. Taking an extra day off could potentially lead to a week off if not careful.
So I went to the gym. I didn’t have my workout bag. I didn’t have my workout clothes.
NO PROBLEM.
I’m glad I got my workout in. I followed through on my commitment. I didn’t let an excuse get in the way of me not fulfilling my goals.
Having an I CAN DO MINDSET is about not allowing little things to get in the way. I would have felt way more comfortable in my workout gear. But at the end of the day, I crushed the workout. I’m glad I did. It gave me more strength physically and mentally. It reminded me that I can keep my word to myself.
Today you will have some kind of obstacle. Find a way to follow through.
I CAN DO…SO CAN YOU.

Awesome encouragement!
Boom! Thanks! Let’s go!
So I had a flat tire on the way to the gym then work today (Cycling). Took me a while to change it. Still stopped by the gym and got a PR in reps on the bench for last set. Commitment!
That’s what I’m talking about! No excuses!
It is a wonderful strong body
Jealous💪
Thanks!
