This is about action. You either want it or you don’t. Let’s go.
Losing weight is a process. Sometimes it may GO fast. Sometimes it may GO slow.
Losing weight is a life long process. Everyday it will require us having a GO mentality.
Go and get that workout in.
Go and get the necessary sleep.

If I visit maybe we can meet and even ride though I have no bike there currently and it’s not a safe place for it.
I still need to buy a bike! I used to do spinning class all the time, but haven’t had a bike in a long time.
Spinning be hard! Maybe a used one?
For sure! It’s a great workout. Yes I need to get one.
And I should be hitting the gym like you but too many issues.
You’re still getting in great exercise with the bike.
