Preaching is a workout.
It’s Sunday. It’s time to preach.
It’s one of the hardest things I do each week. Studying is right up there as well. It’s a mental workout and a physical one as well. I sweat. I’m tired by the time I’m done. More like exhausted. It requires great focus and intensity.
I’m blessed being able to preach the word of God.

You are so right, preaching can be a good workout! I know my Dad was always tired afterward.
