Q is for…

QUIT sabotaging yourself.

Get out of your own way. It’s typically not someone else, the government, school, or our jobs that cause us to become unhealthy, but rather the man or woman in the mirror. BINGO.

ME.

YOU.

Therefore, if you want something, get out of your way. If you want to lose 10 pounds, get out of your way. Eliminate the junk in your pantry. Wake up and get your workout in. Drink more water and less soda, pop, or whatever you want to call it.

We can be our worst enemies. The biggest lies we may listen to are the ones we tell ourselves.

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. I’ve seen too many people to be successful in some of the most challenging situations. I just read an article about a high school boy who lost 100 pounds by walking to school and home every day, even when it was raining and snowing. He changed up his diet a bit and BOOM. BINGO. Results. He got angry. He got determined. He refused to sabotage himself.  Read the article HERE. Are you ready to do the same?

If you’re in shape…STAY in shape.

If you’re not where you want to be, go get it. I believe in you. Now believe in yourself.

C’mon.
