We want to be like Thor. Thor describes himself as MIGHTY. It’s always a funny line when he says how mighty he is in the movies. But then again, most super heroes will describe themselves in this manner.

How mighty are we really? How strong are we really? There are a variety of ways to determine your strength. You could see how fast you can run a mile. Or how many reps you can do on the bench press. But maybe a better test is do what’s mentioned in Proverbs 16:32.
“He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit, than he captures a city.”
It takes great strength to capture a city. But if you want to be mighty. Wait, if you want to be better than those who are mighty, then control your emotions.
Controlling your emotions takes great strength. Focus. Determination. Honesty.
Can you say that you are ruling your spirit? I know I have some work to do.
I CAN DO…SO CAN YOU
Let’s Go.

Great thought there Benjamin! Not an easy thing to control our emotions, usually they control us. But we need to do it for sure.
Agreed
I like to let them out, i dont like to hide them, but to take control seems sound good 🙂
