Everyone needs some motivation from others. It’s good to have. But we also need to know how to motivate ourselves. This week, I will give you simple things you can do to motivate yourself.

How important is your health? Is it important enough to find some creative ways to hack your mind so you can stay focused? I know it is. You gotta do some things sometimes to keep yourself motivated. People may laugh at you. Some have laughed at me. That’s okay, I’m not worried about others laughing at me. Don’t worry about what others may say.

Motivate yourself Part #1:

Ask yourself this question, “Am I getting my money’s worth?”

I spoke to a guy a few days ago at the gym in the locker room. I asked him, “How was your workout?”

He said, “I’m glad it’s over.”

Me: “Did you work hard?”

Guy: “Yes, I got my money’s worth.”

I loved that! He got his money’s worth.

What about you? Are you getting your money’s worth?

We pay $$$ for gym memberships.

We pay $$$ for workout clothes.

We pay $$$ for supplements.

We pay $$$ for exercise equipment for our homes.

But are we getting our money’s worth?

Time is valuable. Are we getting our money’s worth with the time we’re putting in at the gym? Why go to the gym and complain for an hour and barely do anything. That’s stupid and a waste of time. What’s the point? Cmon now!

Ask yourself the question mentioned above. Ask yourself every time you workout. Say to yourself, “I’m going to get my money’s worth today.” Then go crush that workout!

Let’s go!!!
