September is an important month.
It’s the month right before the holiday season kicks into high gear.
I read an article last year stating how the month of September is the last month that people will weigh their lightest. Once the holiday season hits, many Americans will gain 10-15 pounds.
I know, that’s a lot! I’ve done it plenty of times. Is it really possible to maintain our weight? It takes a lot of work, but it is possible.
Is it possible to lose weight during the holiday season? It is!!! I did it last year. But it didn’t happen by accident.
We have to be intentional with everything that we do.
One of the tools that helped me was having a journal! It helped me with what I was doing each day.
Now I’ve created my own journal. It’s a motivational journal. It’s more than simply writing down what you eat. It will encompass faith, family, fitness, and food.
