I had to give it a shot. 

I was on You-Tube a few days ago listening to some motivational videos. 

I came across one from Ray Lewis, the retired football 🏈 player. When he was younger he started doing this workout with a deck of cards. 

He would flip a card and whatever the number was, that was the amount of push-ups he would do. 


Jokers were 50 push-ups. 

Aces, Kings, Queens, Jacks were 25 push ups. 

Whoa! This is a tough workout! I got 1/2 way through the deck. I modified the amount for the face cards. It’s a good challenge and will do it again.

It would also work well with two people going back and forth.
