Last year a buddy of mine wanted to work out at 5a.m. I thought that was nuts. But then I started waking up at 4 a.m. 

Then I started to write out motivational phrases to myself over and over and over. I was working out before I ever went to the gym. 

Then in the process of time I started writing out what I would eat everyday. Over and over and over!!!

I have a stack of journals. They are filled with prayers, thoughts, and mindset exercises. 


Now I’ve created my own journal!
