This is my sign. SO TRUE! I tried doing a workout for the first time ever last night and it was much harder than I anticipated. It’s something I’ve never ever done before but it was IG that surprisingly ignited enough fuel to motivate me to try. I don’t like IG but I’ve seen so many transformations on there that I thought maybe I should see what would happen if I tried.
Today I’m going to try again and I’m determined to complete this video I found on YouTube, even if it takes me 90 days figure it out. Once I master this video, I will move onto another one!!
I’m giving myself 21 days to form a new habit. I only need to lose 15 lbs which isn’t a lot, but mainly I’m hoping to tone my muscles 💪

I barely did 15 minutes of HIIT and it’s friggin hard. I’m calling it quits for today because my arms are so weak I can’t even support my own body weight. My arms were shaking so badly when I tried doing push-ups just now. I don’t remember being this weak in P.E. many many years ago. The workout I did was slightly better than last night so as long as it’s improving then I’m happy.
That would be awesome if you want to share that with me. I journal a little on my phone but it’s not consistent. Now I’m using a book to write in. 🙂
Good job. I recommend you wade back into it, so you don’t get injured.
That’s good advice! I try to listen to my body and it was telling me to stop, so I did. I didn’t get this unfit overnight so it will take time to get into shape.
